It has a lovely living area with kitchen and dining areas inside and out on the deck overlooking the harbour. This studio is only $700US/week in the high season and $450 other times. It is a short walk to Pigeon Point beach- a typical gorgeous Caribbean beach. Harbour Hill - Luxurious 5 bedroom vacation rental occupying a magnificent hilltop location. - This beautiful home boasts one of the most spectacular panoramic views in Antigua perched high above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina. While offering it's guest complete privacy & seclusion, all the amenities of English Harbour are within easy walking distance. Turn right out the main gates and it's a 2 minute walk to one of Antigua's most beautiful beaches. Turn left and it's a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bars and sports facilities of Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard. At Harbour Hill you will experience the best of the inside/outside living style of the Caribbean. The house is exquisitely furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles. From the spacious open-plan reception rooms, seven sets of french doors open onto the broad verandas that surround the house. Flop down on one of the sofas or lounge chairs, put your feet up and relax while beneath the panoramic terrace the worlds most beautiful yachts lay at anchor. The house boasts a brand new fully equipped kitchen from which french doors lead out onto dining areas surrounding the large pool where there is also a party size BBQ. LIME HILL is a recently built spacious four bedroom villa builtin traditional Caribbean style, with private pool and own garden. A magnificent beach, non motorised watersports, restaurant, tennis, all within two minutes walk . It doesn't get any better! Recent visitors to North Caicos might have noticed a new look on the island and interest in a type of development that takes a turn away from North Caicos’ traditional communities. You might call it “condomania.” While Providenciales has been seeing a great deal of joint-ownership resorts for some time, it is only recently that condominium developers have made a big push on North Caicos. That push has set off a development boom that includes St. Charles on Horsestable Beach, Royal Reef Resort at Sandy Point and more projects in the works. St. Charles, a project of TCI’s Belvedere Development Ltd., plans a total of 90 condominiums. The first of its residential unit buildings opened in 2006, along with a large pool, casual outdoor restaurant and a swim-up bar. The furnished units include terra cotta tile, marble counters, television, Bose sound systems and disappearing doors. Future buildings will form a horseshoe around the pool, with service buildings located behind the beachside resort. Meanwhile, developers Frederick Paatz and Mark Hall are building Royal Reef Resort on the island’s northwest shore.
